Padial Real Estate maintains a high level of service to property owners and has a full staff of cleaners, painters, maintenance and yard personnel. Professionalism and honesty are principles that guide our actions. We serve Baton Rouge and surrounding communities, renting apartments, duplexes, single-family homes and condo/homeowner associations.

Owner Reports
As the owner, you stay well informed. Our corporate office staff provides detailed monthly reports including income and expenses, account balances, rent rolls and resident charges.

Income & Collections
In order to maximize timely collections, online payments are accepted through our website 24 hours a day for all of our properties.

Human Resources
Padial Real Estate Property Management will take over existing staff, bringing in additional personnel as needed, to achieve the desired performance levels. We are committed to providing the most highly trained staff in the industry.

Expenses
Padial Real Estate manages all property expenses such as mortgage, insurances, utilities, taxes, management fees, repairs and maintenance. All property expenses will undergo a rigorous review to minimize operating expenses, including in-house maintenance and vendor & supplier selection.

Leasing & Marketing
A customized marketing plan will be implemented to maximize occupancy.

Maintenance
As a convenience to residents, they may submit a maintenance request online through our website. Our clients can expect to benefit from enhanced property values and experience worry-free investment management.
