Sunrise Assisted Living has purchased a 3.83 acre of land near the Siegen Lane-Perkins Road intersection for nearly $1.6 million. Sunrise has an assisted living center at the Jefferson Highway- Essen Lane intersection. Martin Padial, who listed the land and was the owner/agent, says Sunrise will break ground on their new assisted living center in the next three months. "They've already got plans drawn up," he says.
