Land at Perkins & Hyacinth sells for $1.4 million

"The property at the intersection of Perkins and Hyacinth Avenue has been sold."

The property at the intersection of Perkins and Hyacinth Avenue has been sold.  Real estate brokers were Martin Padial of Padial Real Estate, Inc. and David Trusty with Gully, Phelps & McKey, Inc.

The 2.2 acres which was originally purchased for development by Marc Couvillion and sold for $1.4 million. Trusty stated, "Dr. Burdine has been very interested in the Bluebonnet/Perkins Road corridor for quite some time, and this property will prove to be a wonderful addition to the rapidly growing residential and retail environment there. Plans are being evaluated now for the best use of the site."
