Portobello's Restaurant site across from Mike Anderson's on Lee drive sold for $1.2 million. The deal was brokered by Martin Padial w/Padial Real Estate. This was the second phase of acquisition. The first phase was approximately 3 acres that wraps around the restaurant. The owner now has approximately 4 acres, which he plans to develop as retail. The restaurant has been leased and will be under renovations soon.
