Martin Padial has been the owner of Padial Real Estate, Inc. since 1998 specializing in commercial brokerage in sales, leasing, management, site selection, development and consulting.
Martin has spearheaded numerous commercial development deals, such as retail centers, office developments and office warehouses, commencing from the site selection of the land through completion of the construction phase then to the leasing of the property, as well as managing the day to day business after the project has been completed.
