Martin Padial has been the owner of Padial Real Estate, Inc. since 1998. A proud father of three and grandfather of two, Martin focuses his interest on commercial brokerage in sales, leasing, management, site selection, development and consulting. Martin’s philosophy is to implement a plan of action and follow through with it while paying close attention to the specific needs of his clients, establishing a direction of his clients and investors needs first, then moving in that direction with a passion for excellence and a desire to meet all of their goals.
By prioritizing the immediate needs of his clients and investors, Martin is dedicated to providing all of his clients with comprehensive services and the capability to move each project forward in a timely and professional manner in order to achieve their goals. Martin has spear headed numerous commercial development deals, such as retail centers, office developments and office warehouses, commencing from the site selection of the land through completion of the construction phase then to the leasing of the property, as well as managing the day to day business after the project has been completed. Representing a multitude of commercial clients locally and nationally, some of Martin’s brokerage deals consist of Portobello’s Restaurant, Advance Surgical Center, Flores Construction, Sunrise Assisted Living, Honore Construction, Dollar General, Enterprise Rent a Car, Albasha Restaurant, and many, many more.
Martin is an active member of several organizations, which include: Kappa Sigma Alumni Association, LSU Alumni, Louisiana Commercial Insurance Division, Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors, CCIM Good Growth Coalition.
